This policy explains what Orvel collects when you place an order, and how we use it.
What we collect before payment
Your name, email address, country and phone number, entered at checkout so we can identify your order and deliver your files.
What we collect after payment
Your personalisation brief — your work schedule, the noise you are up against, how easily you wake, your sound preferences and aversions, how you listen, and the timing and intent for each track you bought. Two optional free-text answers, if you choose to give them.
These questions are only asked once an order is confirmed, and the answers exist to produce your track.
How we use it
To design, produce and deliver your custom audio.
To contact you about your order, your revision and delivery.
To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Card details are entered inside Razorpay's own secure window — Orvel never sees or stores them.
